Neycher is a premium women’s intimate wellness brand founded and led by Veronika Cavits. Based in the US, it makes thoughtfully formulated, naturally derived products for intimate comfort, hydration, and everyday balance.
The range spans vaginal moisturizers, vulva care balms, and intimate gels, sold direct-to-consumer with a growing presence in professional and clinical channels.
“Neycher is not a side project or a quick launch. It is a carefully constructed brand built to the standard its founder believes women’s wellness deserves, and that standard starts long before the product ever reaches the shelf.”
The product category raises the bar for everything
Intimate wellness sits in a strict regulatory category. FDA cosmetic facility registration under MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022) applies to the entire manufacturing and importing chain, with mandatory renewal every two years. Manufacturers must hold verified GMP compliance, and formulations must be carefully developed and ingredient-certified.
At the same time, Neycher was still an emerging brand to traditional partners, and the suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers best equipped for this work usually prefer established, high-volume accounts. Veronika needed a partner who understood the category, could navigate the regulatory landscape, and would treat her brand with the same rigor as a large account, without requiring her to already be one.
An embedded operations partner, not a one-off vendor
Helix works with Neycher on a retainer, as an embedded part of the operation rather than a transactional supplier. The work covers four interconnected areas.
Ingredient and supplier sourcing
Full supplier identification and qualification cycle across global supplier networks. For each ingredient category, Helix prepares RFQ packages, consolidates and analyzes offers (price, MOQ, lead time, certifications), and runs sample evaluation before commitment.
Packaging development
Sourcing and procurement of primary packaging (tubes and applicators) and secondary packaging, all produced to spec and approved to print proof.
Operations and project management
Day-to-day oversight of all active sourcing workstreams via structured project tracking, covering task status, supplier communications, sample pipeline, and delivery milestones. Helix also monitors procurement cash flow so the brand always knows where money is going and when.
Regulatory and logistics coordination
Coordination of FDA Cosmetic Facility Registration (MoCRA) across the manufacturing and import chain, plus international logistics into the US.
Pharma-grade from the start
For Neycher’s intimate wellness range, Helix identified and onboarded an FDA-registered European pharmaceutical manufacturer. The facility produces Neycher’s range to pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, with full ingredient traceability and rigorous quality control.
For Neycher, this choice was non-negotiable. A product made for women’s intimate use needs to be produced somewhere that takes that responsibility seriously. Finding a manufacturer of this calibre willing to work with an emerging brand, and building the commercial relationship and logistics chain to support it, is exactly the kind of challenge Helix was built for.
Helix also helped structure the commercial and logistics framework for bringing European-manufactured product into the US market, making sure it was solid and defensible.
Growing brands need partners who grow with them
The most common problem a founder in Veronika’s position faces is not a lack of ambition. It is a lack of access. The suppliers who can do it right often do not want to talk to a brand that is not yet at scale. The logistics partners who understand international compliance often pitch for enterprise accounts. The regulatory consultants are expensive and slow.
Helix exists to close that gap. We work with brands that are building something serious, at the stage when the foundations are being laid. Not because it is charity, but because that is where the most interesting work happens, and where a real partnership makes the biggest difference.
For Neycher, that means a founder who can focus on product, brand, and growth, knowing that sourcing, compliance, packaging, and logistics are being handled by someone who cares as much about the outcome as she does.
“Every inquiry we receive is different. Every product category brings its own complexity. That is not a problem for us, it is the reason we show up every day.” Nadia, Founder of Helix
